From Petralia Sottana towards Piano Battaglia

From the village of Petralia Sottana head towards Petralia Soprana and both villages will be crossed to discover the most suggestive views.
Leaving Petralia Soprana, continue along the forest road that leads to Pizzo Catarineci. Short trek to get to admire the valley below. Once the bikes are back on, the next stage will see a stop for lunch in a Madonite “alpine pasture”.
We will admire a nesting area of the Golden Eagle from an overhanging ridge. The return takes place by taking a dirt road, accompanied by a small stream up to the village of Petralia Sottana.

Difficulty: Medium, a very short stretch, on the way back, can be covered on foot with the bikes next to it (200m) for the less experienced.
